The Mission (What You'll Be Doing)
You'll be the of the residential streets, keeping the community clean:
  • Master the Side Arm & Rear Loader trucks for your daily residential collection routes.
  • Run your designated route—precision is key for reliable community service.
  • It's a team effort: Work seamlessly with your offsider to make the day fly by efficiently.
  • Safety always comes first: Champion high safety standards and report any sketchy stuff instantly.
Heads Up: What You Need to Get Rolling
  • The Ticket: A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence is non-negotiable.
  • Real Experience: We need at least 6–12 months of solid, verified HR driving experience.
  • Fit for the Fight: You need to be physically fit and able to safely handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg.
  • Getting There: Your own reliable transport is essential for those early morning starts.
  • The Checks: Gotta be ready to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test, a police check, and provide a current NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) driving history report.
Quick Note on Training: Your first bit of work will include essential site-specific training. During this time, you will be paid at the offsider/driver training rate pending location as different rates vary due to different contracts. Once you smash the training, your full HR Driver rate kicks in!
